Nicole was last seen on November 26th at approximately 7:40 PM by her ex-husband who stated he picked her up and dropped her off near the home that she shares with her boyfriend of 18 years. She was last heard from via text on Tuesday November 26th when she sent one of her daughters a text saying she was leaving for a few hours but she did not return. She also sent a text to her sister-in-law asking if she could stay with her at her house but she did not show up.
On Friday December 29th a missing persons report was filed at approximately 4:30 PM at which time Deputies began generating leads and following up on them. Nicole's black backpack, cell phone and a pair of shoes were recovered. The search has been broadened to neighboring properties outside the 220 acre property she lived on with her boyfriend.
Law Enforcement do deem Nicole's disappearance as suspicious although no evidence of foul play has been found. A warrant was served for the residence Nicole shared with her boyfriend and the property has been processed by the KCPD crime lab.
The Southwest Missouri Major Case Squad is investigating, volunteers and ground crews have searched the area and drones are currently searching from the air.
The family is asking for anyone who has information to please come forward. Nicole is the mother of three children between 11 and 16 and to be out of contact with them is completely out of character for her.
